At Fashion Store, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear and fair return and refund policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions: the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition; all original tags and packaging are intact; the product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or is different from what was ordered.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: items that have been used, washed, or altered; items without original packaging or tags; items purchased during final sale or special promotions (unless defective); innerwear and personal hygiene products for health and safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (required for damage/defect claims). Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to availability). If you wish to exchange a product, please mention it when initiating your return request. Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and verified.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
